Existing orders

When contacting us about an existing order, please include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The email address used when ordering

• A clear description of your query

• Photographs where the item has arrived damaged or incorrect

Personalised and bespoke orders

Please include as much information as possible about the item you would like, including:

• The type of product

• Required wording or personalisation

• Colours or theme

• Quantity

• The date the item is required

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a production slot or confirm an order. We will confirm availability, price and turnaround before any bespoke work begins.
